El peticionario considera necesario aclarar la referida sentencia, en cuanto a fijar de manera diferenciada el término disponible para definir el procedimiento a seguir dentro del proceso de consulta previa ordenado en la sentencia, como sí se hizo al fijar sesenta días hábiles para cumplir dicho proceso de consulta.
Para la Corte no procede la solicitud de aclaración del fallo, por cuanto no existe oscuridad o ambigüedad en torno a lo decidido en el mismo.
Se DENIEGA la petición.
